HDL is a Helsingborg-based software studio that rebuilt its entire delivery flow around AI-augmented tools — Claude for architecture, Cursor for code production, Figma for design systems — not as add-ons but as how the work is actually performed. This lets us deliver digital flagships in 8 to 12 weeks instead of 24, with 3 to 4 senior people instead of 7, at roughly half the cost of a traditional agency engagement.

We do not work like a traditional digital agency. There are no junior resources trained on your project. No estimate creep. No multi-month workshops. The same senior people who architect the system are the ones who build, ship, and continue to maintain it. We price monthly, take fixed scope, and commit to fixed timelines because our method gives us the margin to do so.

## Method
